Job Description	Responsible for the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA projects, with SAP MM (Materials Management) as the primary module. Gather and document business requirements, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and ensure that solutions meet business needs. Responsible for SAP MM solutions with knowledge of functional areas in different industries and critical configuration issues. Involved in the implementation, integration, support, and global rollout of SAP projects. Work hands-on with SAP ICO supply chain solutions, including ICO planning and procurement process. Discuss requirements with the business and client IT and design the solution, make the specifications, perform testing with business and developers, and communicate the changes to business. Support business users in using new SAP systems, providing SAP rollout hypercare and business support. Mentor junior Business Analysts, lead larger projects, and work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Identify process bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement changes. Analyze the business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including SAP Consultant or related experience. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. A combination of foreign post-secondary education determined to be equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree is acceptable. Position requires 1 year of experience with gathering business requirements, SAP MM solutions, and SAP rollout. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
